PakRummy Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Platform Policy

Welcome to PakRummy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the PakRummy platform, accessible at pakrummy.bio, including all games, betting services, promotions and account features available through it. By accessing the PakRummy platform and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

PakRummy is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all payment integrations are designed around local Pakistani payment infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay.

These Terms should be read alongside PakRummy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and PakRummy.

To register and use PakRummy you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PakRummy does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
• You must not be self-excluded from PakRummy or any other gaming platform under a current exclusion order.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets. Accounts must be personal and held in your own name.

By registering on PakRummy, you declare under your own responsibility that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. PakRummy accepts this declaration in good faith but is not obligated to verify every claim proactively.

Each player may hold only one PakRummy account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, identity, mobile number, payment method or device — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

• Your PakRummy account password must be kept confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• PakRummy will never ask you for your account password via email, chat or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
• Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have formally notified PakRummy of a security breach.
• PakRummy accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or assign your account to another person.

PakRummy may require additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection of wrongdoing on your part unless PakRummy has specific reason to indicate otherwise.

All transactions on PakRummy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PakRummy accepts deposits through the following methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard bank-issued debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the payment method level and are displayed during the deposit flow. PakRummy does not charge fees on deposits — any charges applied by your payment provider are beyond PakRummy's control.

Deposits are credited to your PakRummy account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact PakRummy support with your transaction reference number. PakRummy will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests from PakRummy are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of request submission during normal operating hours.
• PakRummy reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if the withdrawal amount is significantly above the player's typical activity.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a payment method different from the one used to fund the account unless the original method is no longer available, in which case PakRummy support must be contacted.
• Any withdrawal request that coincides with an active bonus wagering requirement will be queued until the wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is voluntarily forfeited.

PakRummy does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times beyond PakRummy's control — such as delays on the receiving payment network — are the responsibility of the relevant payment provider.

PakRummy offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all PakRummy bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are valid for use only on the PakRummy platform.
• Each promotion has an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in the bonus balance being removed.
• PakRummy bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• PakRummy reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before a player has claimed it if there is evidence of manipulation, multi-accounting or other prohibited conduct.
• Where bonus abuse is identified after the fact, PakRummy may reverse winnings generated through that bonus and may close the relevant account.

All bets placed on PakRummy are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played. These rules are accessible within each game's help section. The following general betting rules apply across all PakRummy products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the PakRummy platform.
• The minimum bet amount is Rs 100 for most games and sports betting markets. Some specialist markets may carry higher minimums which are displayed before the bet is placed.
• PakRummy reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or at the account level. Players who are identified as placing bets with the intent to exploit pricing errors may have bets voided.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or sports event on PakRummy, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. PakRummy's technical logs are the primary record used to determine fault outcomes.
• For sports betting markets, if a real-world event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended and not completed within the stated time frame, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your PakRummy wallet.
• Virtual sports results on PakRummy are generated by a certified RNG. These results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of statistical improbability.

PakRummy's odds and game RTP percentages are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain competitive and fair. Current RTP ranges for each game category are available in the game help sections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PakRummy and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potentially reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Holding more than one PakRummy account under any name or identity.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, fraudulent identity information, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions or wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players at the same poker, Teen Patti or card game table to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to sharing hole cards, soft-playing or chip dumping.
• Use of bots or automated software: Operating any software, script or tool that plays on your behalf or automates any part of the betting process on PakRummy.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate PakRummy charges with your payment provider. Any chargeback initiated against a PakRummy transaction will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Money laundering: Using PakRummy to pass funds through for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or play on PakRummy if you are under the age of 18.
• Fraudulent identity: Providing false name, age, address or contact information during registration or verification.

PakRummy invests significantly in fraud detection and fair play monitoring across all game types. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts reviewed and any winnings connected to the prohibited activity may be voided, regardless of whether those winnings were generated directly from the prohibited behaviour.

PakRummy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a way to recover losses or a response to stress. PakRummy provides the following responsible gaming tools in every account:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: PakRummy will send you an in-platform notification when you have been active for your chosen session duration.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from betting for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account remains accessible for withdrawal but betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Close your PakRummy account from betting activity for a minimum period of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

PakRummy collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on PakRummy, you consent to PakRummy collecting and using your data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• PakRummy collects your name, mobile number, date of birth and payment information for account management and verification purposes.
• Transaction data and betting history are retained for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and customer service purposes.
• PakRummy does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, verification services and, where required, regulatory authorities.
• You may request access to your personal data held by PakRummy at any time by contacting our support team.

All content on the PakRummy platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, brand names and interface design — is the intellectual property of PakRummy or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any PakRummy content without express written permission.
• The PakRummy name, logo and associated branding are trademarks and may not be used by any third party without authorisation.
• Any software provided by PakRummy for platform access is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

PakRummy makes reasonable efforts to ensure its platform is available, accurate and operational at all times. However, PakRummy is not liable for the following:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures or events outside PakRummy's control.
• Loss of bets or game sessions resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side — including mobile network failures, device issues or browser incompatibilities.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the PakRummy platform.

PakRummy's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you wish to raise a dispute with PakRummy about a bet settlement, payment transaction, bonus application or any other account matter, follow this process:

• Step 1: Contact PakRummy support via live chat or email at support@pakrummy.bio. Provide as much detail as possible including the relevant date, time, game or market, and the outcome you are disputing.
• Step 2: PakRummy will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with PakRummy's response, you may request an escalated review by PakRummy's management team within 14 days of the initial response.

PakRummy's transaction and game logs are considered the definitive record for dispute resolution purposes. PakRummy will always explain how its records support the decision reached and provide this explanation in writing on request.

You may close your PakRummy account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining wallet balance above Rs 500 will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Balances below Rs 500 at the time of closure may be forfeited if they cannot be withdrawn due to minimum limits.

PakRummy may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for a period of 24 months may be closed after written notice to the registered mobile number or email address.

PakRummy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting player rights or financial obligations, PakRummy will notify active players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of PakRummy after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using PakRummy and may request account closure through our support team.
